ReadyMade Works is turning ten! And to celebrate this decade milestone we are running a fundraising campaign to provide funds for the future ten years!
If you have ever hired our studio, had a residency, attended class, attended shared practice, come to a Happy Hour, performed at a Happy Hour, attended a workshop, taught a workshop or engaged with our studio in any way, then we are asking for you to make a one-off ten dollar donation (a dollar for each year that we have been running)! If all our e-news subscribers donated $10, we would fundraise over $3000, which would provide 2 extra Moving Ideas Residencies in 2024/25 or artist fees for an extra Happy Hour or three extra choreographic workshops.
ReadyMade Works is an organisation that exists to support the creation and development of new independent dance work and the community of artists who dance, perform and make this work. Our aim with this 10-year birthday celebration fundraising campaign is to garner the strength of this community and to show that there are hundreds of people who support ReadyMade and independent dance in Sydney.
Ten dollars is not much, but collectively it can mean a lot!
